Loss of Earnings

If you have been injured in a non-fault road traffic accident you can claim compensation from the other party involved in the traffic accident and this can be done under a number of headings. By future earnings we mean that in cases were your injuries generally have been of a more serious nature and that these injuries have either meant that you can now only work in a reduced capacity, or have had to move to a different and less well paid job or they have stopped you from working at all in the future. To quantify loss of future earnings is a lot more difficult then assessing present earnings.
